These terms apply to every purchase on italyesim.online (ItalyeSIM), operated by —.
1.The service
We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM profile. Calls and text messages are not included unless a plan says so. Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not at purchase.
2.Your order
Prices are shown and charged in euros and include VAT. Amounts in other currencies are for information only. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed; you receive an order confirmation and the eSIM by email.
3.Delivery and withdrawal
Delivery is immediate. By asking for immediate delivery at checkout you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the eSIM is delivered. See the refund policy for details.
4.Compatibility and use
You are responsible for using an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local partner networks. Plans are for personal use; resale and abusive or illegal use are not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
5.Accounts, wallet and rewards
Keep your login details safe. Wallet balance can only be spent on our services, is not withdrawable and is not refundable. Promotional and referral credit expires as stated when it is granted.
6.Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by networks, devices or events outside our control, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
